Customer #1 is us
The site you are reading is built, containerized, deployed, and monitored on the same platform we offer to clients — same pipeline, same alerting, same backups. If our tooling has a rough edge, we hit it before you do. We think that is the only honest way to sell operations.
One person answers
When you write to us, you are not entering a queue. The person who replies knows your site, because they built it or they run it. Small by design: fewer clients, looked after properly.
Plain dealing
Fixed monthly prices, honest reports, and no jargon unless you ask for it. If something breaks, we tell you what happened and what we changed. If a plan is bigger than you need, we will say so.
